Frequently Asked Questions


Your prescription should be provided by a qualified optometrist. Make sure it includes all necessary values including sphere, cylinder, axis, and pupillary distance.


Higher index lenses are thinner and lighter. For prescriptions over +/-2.00, we recommend 1.61 index. For stronger prescriptions, consider 1.67 or 1.74 index lenses.


Yes! You can upload a clear photo of your prescription during checkout. Make sure all values are clearly visible and the image is well-lit.


Standard prescription glasses typically take 7-10 business days to manufacture. Complex prescriptions or special coatings may take slightly longer.


Yes, we offer blue light blocking coating as an add-on option during the lens selection process. This helps reduce eye strain from digital screens.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. All orders are tracked and insured.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all frames. If you're not satisfied with your glasses, contact us for a return or exchange. Prescription lenses must be unused.
